Our history

After having held various positions within the German rubber industry over a number of decades, Manfred Kowalik, Roland Noetzel and Bernd Schmitz formed extrutec Gummi GmbH Dassow on 18.5.1993.
Construction of the factory building started in the autumn of the same year.

In the spring of 1994, the production unit and administrative section were ready for occupation and manufacturing facilities specially designed for the extrusion of elastomer profiles were installed.

April 1994 saw the start-up of the production of elastomer profiles at Dassow.

In order to satisfy the requirements of the market, a quality management was set up, proof that the requirements of DIN ISO 9001 were fulfilled being provided by certification audit report no. Z-2981798.
